So there we were, eating sandwiches and discussing the important goings-on of the day. As so often happens, the conversation naturally evolved into a discussion about alcohol, specifically bourbon. Blanton's seemed to be the current bourbon topping everybody's list and we discovered that we had each had it before, so we shared our opinions. Turns out we felt the same about it - absolutely fantastic flavor, but sadly far too smooth, no bite at all. If you like ultra-smooth this should top your list. None of us were enthralled by it though because it was missing that bite...
